Elevate to Achieve is a youth nonprofit dedicated to educating and empowering young people aged 14 to 21 through personal development, entrepreneurship, leadership, financial literacy, and mental wellness.

Our mission is to empower young people by providing the tools and resources necessary for success. We believe that every individual has the potential to achieve their aspirations, inspire others, and lead a fulfilling life. Through mentorship and fostering a love for learning, reading, and personal development, we aim to equip our youth with the skills and mindset necessary to set and achieve meaningful goals.

FOUNDERS

LANCE WADDELL

Lance Waddell is a veteran police officer who has spent the majority of his career in community-based roles. In his dedication to working with youth, he received a program development innovation award from ProAction Cop’s & Kids. He continues to enrich his communities by delivering energetic and dynamic workshops in the areas of personal development and financial literacy. Lance strongly believes that everyone has the ability to create change and impact society. He is always willing to make connections and offer his lived experiences to help others. His mindset is forged under the belief that service to others is the rent we pay for our time on earth.

BRIONE WISHART

Brione Wishart is an award-winning designer and entrepreneur recognized for his captivating visual content and innovative approach. His lifestyle brand, The Hustle Never Dies, has earned him The Black Designers of Canada Award of Excellence. With a diverse portfolio that includes major clients like Nike and BMW, Brione blends creativity with entrepreneurship, sharing his expertise through workshops and online courses to empower young entrepreneurs. His legacy is one of impactful design and meaningful mentorship.
